NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE ORIENTATION

BUD/S - DAY ONE INSPECTION

Navy SEAL candidates arrive in San Diego, California and are introduced to the Naval Special Warfare Center, their instructors and a new way of life.

BUD/S 1ST PHASE - SELECTION

Navy SEAL candidates endure 7 weeks of intense training to find out who really wants a trident.

BUD/S 1ST PHASE - DAY ONE

Navy SEAL candidates get their first big test. A test to determine who has the 'right stuff' to become a U.S. Navy SEAL.

BUD/S 1ST PHASE - SURF PASSAGE

Navy SEAL candidates brave the cold Pacific Ocean. Teamwork and resolve prove ‘It pays to be a winner.’

BUD/S 1ST PHASE - HELL WEEK

Navy SEAL candidates face their ultimate test so far – the infamous Hell Week. Five days of non-stop physical training, cold water, and lots and lots of sand.

BUD/S - 2ND PHASE

Watch as SEAL candidates become basic combat swimmers and learn open and closed-circuit diving.

BUD/S - 3RD PHASE

Third phase teaches basic weapons, demolitions, land navigation, patrolling, rappelling, marksmanship and small-unit tactics.

BUD/S 3RD PHASE - SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND

The final 3.5 weeks of land warfare training is held on San Clemente Island, California.The class will practice the skills they learned in Third Phase.

NAVY SEAL ADVANCED TRAINING - SQT

SEAL Qualification Training is 26 weeks of tactical knowledge.

BUD/S TRAINING - CLASS 224
