Engagement 2: Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge
The Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge is a series of physical fitness events. The event consists of swimming, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and running. The Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test is an excellent opportunity for athletes to measure themselves against a SEAL standard. The backbone of this athletic event. It includes:
500-yard swim
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Pull-ups
1.5 mile run
The Navy SEAL Fitness Challenge closely mirrors the initial physical screening test given to anyone who desires to become a U.S. Navy SEAL and provides a fun, competitive dry land program for sports clubs, high schools, universities and others.
