A Navy SEAL Mentor acts as your guide, helping young navigate the Navy SEAL ascension process, and It's specific requirements. Mentors will help you train for your Physical Screening Test (PST). Your Mentor will also be the one to give you your Delayed Entry Program (DEP) qualifying PST.
