A Navy SWCC Mentor acts as your guide, helping young navigate the Navy SWCC ascension process, and It's specific requirements. Mentors will help you train for your Physical Screening Test ( PST ). Your Mentor will also be the one to give you your Delayed Entry Program ( DEP ) qualifying PST.
A SWCC Mentor can be found in anyone of 26 regional areas in the U.S. If you're looking for other information about a SWCC Mentor or PST training, get on the Official Navy SEAL + SWCC Training Forum, call USN-888-SEAL, Email the SEAL + SWCC Scout Team at motivators@navsoc.socom.mil or talk to your local Navy recruiter.
