The Navy SEAL & SWCC Scout Team believes coaches and teachers are very important in the lives of young men. It is in our mutual interest to ensure student athletes benefit from the best physical and mental training available, therefore we offer a menu of personal engagements between members of our Scout Team and your student athletes.

ENGAGEMENTS: ONE ON ONE WITH THE NAVY SEALS

Engagement 1: SEAL Workouts

Receive physical fitness presentations and training from Navy SEALs.

Engagement 2: SEAL Fitness Challenge

The SEAL Fitness Challenge is a series of physical fitness events. The event consists of swimming, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and running. The Navy SEAL Physical Screening Test is an excellent opportunity for athletes to measure themselves against a SEAL standard. The backbone of this athletic event. It includes:

- 500-yard swim

- Push-ups

- Sit-ups

- Pull-ups

- 1.5 mile run

The SEAL Fitness Challenge closely mirrors the initial physical screening test given to anyone who desires to become a U.S. Navy SEAL and provides a fun, competitive dry land program for sports clubs, high schools, universities and others.

PRESENTATIONS: GEARED TO ATHLETIC CLUBS, HIGH SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES

Presentation 1: Mental Toughness

Most SEALs believe that their mental approach to challenges is the most important factor in their success. The presenter will share this process with the audience.

Presentation 2: Leadership

Learn about how the SEALs train for leadership at every level in order to better maintain unit effectiveness and integrity.

Presentation 3: Strength + Fitness

Learn the techniques used by Navy SEALs to prepare and maintain high levels of strength & fitness.

Presentation 4: Nutrition Presentation

Gain knowledge from SEAL trainers who will present their ideas on how Navy SEALs maintain healthy nutrition habits.

Presentation 5: Naval Special Warfare/SEAL Training

Learn about the arduous training process that produces qualified Navy SEALs.
