Are You Ready for BCT?

Enter your most recent Physical Screening Test ( PST ) scores. The PST Calculator will compare your scores to actual Basic Crewman Training ( BCT ) candidates' entry level scores and rank you accordingly.

 

PST scores are used to determine the level of fitness of people who want to become Navy SWCC. The PST consists of the following five components:

Rest for 10 minutes after swimming

Prepare for push-ups, sit-ups, and pull-ups

Push-ups - One max set in two-minutes ( Two-minute rest - move on to the next set )

Sit-ups - One max set in two-minutes ( Two-minute rest - move on to the next set )

Pull-ups - One max set with no time limit ( 10 minute rest - then go run )
