Are You Ready for BCT?

Enter your most recent Physical Screening Test (PST) scores. PST scores are used to determine the fitness of people who want to become Navy SWCC. Take a look at the Minimum required scores and Optimum scores below. Reaching the Minimum (scored in the PST Calculator as 1364) or less is enough to begin training with a Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Mentor in your area, but not enough to earn a SWCC contract and enter the Navy as a SWCC candidate. A candidate who reaches or exceeds the Optimum PST scores is much more likely to earn a SWCC contract.
