Enter your most recent Physical Screening Test (PST) scores. PST scores are used to determine the fitness of people who want to become Navy SWCC. Take a look at the Minimum required scores and Optimum scores below. Reaching the Minimum (scored in the PST Calculator as 1364) or less is enough to begin training with a Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Mentor in your area, but not enough to earn a SWCC contract and enter the Navy as a SWCC candidate. A candidate who reaches or exceeds the Optimum PST scores is much more likely to earn a SWCC contract.
