CIVILIAN SEAL OFFICER APPLICATION STEPS
When you're a civilian college student and not enrolled in a SEAL officer commissioning program you start your accession process with a Navy recruiter. Prospective NROTC students must apply separately to both: Civilian colleges and the NROTC program itself.

- Civilian colleges
- The Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps program itself
Get a commission through one of three sources:
- United States Naval Academy Admissions
- Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps
- Officer Candidate School
