  • Anybody read the book "You are your own gym" by Mark Lauren???

    I just bought it. Its written by a guy named Mark Lauren, a former Air Force Combat Control Team member. Who turned into a CCT/PJ physical training instructor right before 911. Its about using all bodyweight exercises for fitness (calisthenics). It also has a good section on nutrition, he is pro-high protein.

    Its sorta, kinda like a Stew Smith book but oriented more towards civilians. Not towards SOF wannabes.

    Seems like a pretty good book. Im trying to get back into calisthenics and stuff. I read it and it includes a lot of good info on cals.
