    Hey guys,

    I'm starting the PTG Monday morning and was wondering where I could incorporate rope climbs into it. I currently have a 30-40 ft rope I climb and was just trying to figure out where that workout should go.

    Yes you could incorporate rope climbs into your lifting routine, just do them as the overhead pull portion of your lift.

      You could also put that down as "cross train", or even occasionally switch out pullups for rope climb.
