I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about good books to improve an workout program or even instructive about the SEAL teams themselves.
    Thanks.

Breaking BUD/S: How Regular Guys Can Become Navy SEALs
It shows how the teams work, workouts, officer vs enlisted, mental health exercise, C-SORT tips, and many more helpful important things.

Another book id look into is "navy seal training class 144, my buds journal" written by Stephen Templin. Its not as entertaining as American sniper or Lone survivor but if you want a truly raw look into what seal training is like from a firsthand experience then you should check out this book.

I would recommend “Can’t hurt me” - by David Goggins, feels like a game changer.
