  • Looking for a Seattle/Shoreline area training partner

Looking for a training partner to compete and keep the intensity up with. Training at the YMCA right now with a friend preparing for the PST. Example of a daily workout for me would be a 1.5 mile run to the YMCA, around a 1 mile swim doing interval sets of intensive tempo of 200's, 100's, and sometimes a 500m freestyle (don't know how to css yet), a weight session starting with squats and bench for power, 2x50 pushups (chest touching ground), traps and deltoids, and 2x70 setups (no feet holding, full range with hands behind the head), 3x10 pull-ups (dead hang, slow pull) then some machines for hamstrings quads and glutes. Workout ends with a 1.5 mile run home. I am serious about my training and looking to even learn new ways to push my body to be prepared for the PST and what lies ahead. Hit me up if you are serious about it and want to crank up the intensity.
