    In the instructions posted by Mr. Williams you are to "return lower edge of shoulder blade to deck" while performing the sit-up portion of the PST. What constitutes the lower edge of the shoulder blade? Thanks for any info.

    Don't worry about it that much, just make sure you feel your shoulder blade hit the ground and get your elbows to the top 1/3 of your thigh and don't let your hands come off your shoulders.
