So I was lucky enough to volunteer for a Combat Life saver training course, and one of the days we got a great opportunity to run parts of the NSW Obstacle course at Little Creek. Guys this thing is no joke, start building upper body strength, core strength and grip strength now because its going to test you. Its a great confidence booster too. It was really cool to do things on that course that I did not think i could do. Granted we didnt do some of the extreem high risk obstacles it was still very testing.
