    Right now I can get to around 40 in like 30 seconds then it's just downhill from there, I can barely squeeze out any. You guys have any routines that will help me increase my push-ups?

    Try Push up ladders, pyramids, & get the Tabata timer app on your phone. The Tabata timer was what increased my muscle endurance to get my reps up.
