    1) JGuerrero you're still pretty new to these forums but you have to stop posting so much. Most of what you're putting out there really isn't very helpful.

    2) This shouldn't be a worry for you, you should get the best scores you're physically possible at getting in the time you have to train. I know you're going to say that that's what you're planning on doing, but you're just curious. These forums aren't to cure your boredom though, they're here to help people prepare for or learn about a very specific set of positions in the Navy.

3)You've been here long enough to know to look around and this post is sheer laziness on your end. There is a specific tool here that will tell you where you rank out of a 100 when you input specific PST scores. I'm not going to tell you where it is though, so get looking.

Go awhile without posting here, don't even reply to this post, just read and learn and I think you'll find that you'll get where you want to get.

Yes sir Mr. Jag sir! You won't be hearing from me again any time soon. I apologize for the waste of space...oh and sorry for replying to your post right now. Thank you for being honest and telling it like it is.

        Probably a <8:00 swim
        110-130 pushups
        100-120 situps
        19-32 pullups
        <9:00 run

In my opinion just about everyone that is at BUD/S has proven themselves and are physically qualified to be there. I think just about everybody that goes there is physically fit enough to complete the training, however, from a psychological standpoint, only the mentally strong are going to make it. So to answer your question, being in the best shape possible before going to BUD/S is obviously going to benefit you, but at the end of the day it's a thinking man's game. Put simply, be in the best shape possible before you go, you'll make it easier on yourself.
