    So here is what I did on my pst.

    Swim-6:59
    push-72
    sit-92
    pull-11
    run-9:30

    this is my max at each of the events. just looking for some more info on how other see it.

    more pushups, way more pullups, more situps, drop run time. Your definitely on the right track for sure, nice swim. If you can, there is a thread on here where you can post a video of you putting up that time for your 500. It will only help others and if you have any technique problems there is plenty of people on here that can assist.

    9:00/100/100/25/9:00 .. that's all you gotta know, get there in all events and your good. Everyone gets physical prepared though
