    What is your newest PST?

    I know when I was 16 I would always be watching this forum to see how everyone would be doing on their PST. Your newest PST can be a Mock or Official.
    Ill start off
    Swim: 8:57
    Push: 64
    Sit: 105
    Pull: 13
    Run: 9:30
    You can also tell us how much you have progressed! I enjoyed seeing the progressions because it shows how dedicated you are.
    ***To all those 16-17 year olds still in high school don't give up, I remember starting to work out when I was 16 preparing for the PST. If you have not joined a sport I would recommend Cross Country, Swim, Outdoor Track. I hear all the time that people are "working out on their own" while in high school, trust me I have tried running by myself and it's not as easy as running with someone else or a full team. If you can join a sport team DO IT.***

    I am doing 1.5 mi repeats, 800m intervals aiming for less than 3 min each time, and about 4/400m intervals aiming for about 1min range. lunges afterwards for a quarter mile or so helped a lot. And for my longer run in the week I would only do about 4.5mi. I was also more rested and ate a solid breakfast. Drank 100oz of water yesterday as well which I think helped a ton. It had only been a week and a half since my first PST.

    Almost a 9 month process for the pullups but when I started I could only do 5 reps max. Pushups was around 40-50 same with situps. The run was prolly at 11mins but it wasnt so hard to achieve after I dropped 40lbs from football season same with the swim.
