Updated pst this morning was pretty bad. My swim and pushups were the only good part.
This is what happens when you don't run for 2 weeks. Don't be like me and not run for two weeks.
No swimming backround.
To get the swim down I would suggest to be in the pool 3-4 days a week. As mentioned in the PTG main workouts to focus on would be interval swims, tempo swims, and distance swims.
Set up bench mark tests to see where your at, then you can decide if its a technique or stamina issue holding you back from getting faster.
