I'm not sure what the 800 division is... but I'd say probably

The 800 division is the group where guys with NSO/NSW contracts are assigned. You'll be doing "More" PT & Specwar related stuff as y'all are going through basic.

If we do end up together in bootcamp I think it would be cool to get to know you guys beforehand!

Thanks dude, the last test I took I dropped my swim time to 8:08. Run slowed a little because I am focusing more on distance. But should remain in the low 9's and high 8's.

Updated pst this morning was pretty bad. My swim and pushups were the only good part.

This is what happens when you don't run for 2 weeks. Don't be like me and not run for two weeks.

It's crazy how quickly fitness level can decrease when you're slacking.

                  No swimming backround.
To get the swim down I would suggest to be in the pool 3-4 days a week. As mentioned in the PTG main workouts to focus on would be interval swims, tempo swims, and distance swims.
Set up bench mark tests to see where your at, then you can decide if its a technique or stamina issue holding you back from getting faster.

Your last PST before you ship: Continue building your fitness through the last PST you take before you ship. You will have a good week to week and a half before you do ANY kind of physical activity after arriving to boot camp. It is not uncommon to see candidates fail their PST once in boot camp because they relaxed to much after their 2 week prior to ship PST.

Sound advice above. For those of that don't know, Coach J will be your official PT coach while at Boot and some of Prep as well. WITHOUT over training/injuring yourself, plan on peaking right before you ship. You will be tired, stressed, and will not have PT'd at all before PST.
