1.75 Mile CHI @ 9:20 pace March 14th. Struggled on the run at the end, but still finished. The last .10 of the run killed me.

1.75 Mile CHI Run 16:00. Treadmill screwed up towards the end of the run and it was thinking I was going at like 2mph when I wasn't.. good thing I caught that. I just ran an extra .10 of a mile because I caught it at 1.65. By the way, in case there is any confusion with my other posts on this thread, when I mean 9:20 (I think I run at a 9:10 pace now) I mean that just for the mile, not the overall run.

First beach run today 3 miles on the beach and 1 mile on the road. 4 miles total but didn't time it since I am just coming back from a bout with food poisoning and wasn't feeling tip top.

1 Mile Run, 7:55. This is my first sub-8 minute mile I have ever ran. I am very proud of myself! I haven't ran below an 8:30 mile (previous personal record) since I was 13!

stretch, 1/8m warm up, 4.75mi @ 49 minutes, 1/8 cooldown, mix of pavement, high grass, and steep terrain.

question for those of you running sub 6 minute miles:did you build up to that with the PTG, or just running your own schedule?

1 Mile Run @ 7:55 Pace. Very tired at the end of it, should feel that fatigue slowly disappear in the next couple runs, my body should get used to the pace soon.

7:40 Mile Run. Another personal best! I am very proud of myself. This would seem impossible to me a few months ago.

1 mile warm up then ran a 5k today at 22.37 with a 1 mile cool down. Not my best time but I was pretty sore and I was running against 30-40 mph gusts of wind. Reading through this forum can be intimidating, you guys are putting up really impressive numbers!
