WHO CAN APPLY
Female applicants E5 and above can apply. Physical requirements are based on the minimum Special Warfare Combat Crewman (SWCC) Physical Screening Test standards. All ratings are encouraged to apply. Applications are accepted and screened on a semi-annual basis. Opportunities to earn Master Training Specialist, Range Safety Officer, Jet Ski, Coxswain qualifications, and other career-enhancing NEC's.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Be a U.S. citizen
- E-5 and above
- No NJP, civil conviction, or ARI in past 3 years
- Outstanding mental resiliency
- Exceptional physical readiness
- No significant financial problems
- Be on active duty in the U.S. Navy
ANNUAL SELECTION PROCESS
What you'll need in your submission package
- NAVPERS 1306/92: Special Program Screening Request
- CO and/or CMC endorsement
- Previous three evaluations
- Physical Screening Test conducted by a Command Fitness Leader, meeting SWCC minimum PST standards
- High Risk Instructor Qualification
- Psychological test
- Formal board
