  • Training Split/routine

    Hi everyone. I just recently graduated High school in June of 2016 and I am currently taking a year off to save up some money and to focus on training. My ambitions are to become a Navy Seal and I'm planning on enlisting in August of 2017. I need some help balancing a good training routine where I can gradually build up my swim endurance/times and running length. What is a good weekly split of running,lifting, and swimming that will help me progress towards being 200% ready for BUDs. Any help/advice will be much appreciated.
