    This is your 800 division minor set when you swim with us at the dive motivator workouts in boot-camp:

    8(4x25) on a 45 second interval (8 drills, 4 widths of each drill on a long course, 45 second interval)
    - Side scissor kick :00, :45, :30, :15 Kick drill
    - Side flutter kick :00, :45, :30, :15 Kick drill
    - Lead arm scull :00, :45, :30, :15 Combat side stroke drill
    - 3 second glide :00, :45, :30, :15 Combat side stroke drill
    - Alternating breathing drill :00, :45, :30, :15 Combat side stroke drill
    - Six-three-six :00, :45, :30, :15 Freestyle drill
    - Finger tip drag :00, :45, :30, :15 Freestyle drill
    - Catch-up :00, :45, :30, :15 Freestyle drill
