  • Mock pst for 9/21/17

    I've been training for a couple months and have starting seeing my fitness level increase so I decided to take a mock pst. Here are my scores:

    Swim: 9:56
    Push Ups: 83
    Sit Ups: 72
    Pull Ups: 14
    Run: 8:33

    I know I need improvement, especially on my swim. Any helpful tips would be appreciated. Stay strong!

    For the swim, try to shave 20-45 seconds. Those pull ups, try to exceed 16. Have you taken the asvab yet?

      Yes, for my asvab I got an 88.
