  • Arthroscopic reconstructive Shoulder surgery

I had arthroscopic reconstructive shoulder surgery to repair 3 labrum tears and a stretched capsule. I had the surgery when I was 17 and I am now 25. I don't have any problems moving it, lifting with it, or any other problems. Will the surgery make it so that I don't get a contract, even though it was 8 years ago?

If I'm correct, as long as you have full range of motion and can still function like before the injury you are fine. Don't hold me to it because only a doctor can tell you. They may require a waiver, but I would go to your recruiter about that. If you submit all your paperwork on the surgeries and they look at you, they can tell you if you need a waiver or not. Good luck!
